Responsible Gambling

Tools, Limits & Support — Know Before You Play

At Vegas Club Vietnam, responsible gambling is an operational standard — not an afterthought. This page explains the tools available to every player, the warning signs to watch for, and how to access confidential support if gambling stops being entertainment.

Play with built-in safety tools — limits, breaks & self-exclusion available

Every player has access to responsible gambling controls before, during, and after play.

Our Responsible Gambling Policy

Vegas Club Vietnam is committed to responsible gambling as an operational standard. Our staff are trained — not just informed — to identify and respond to signs of problem gambling. We enforce the 21+ age requirement with ID checks on every visit. We support self-exclusion requests from players who need a break, and we do not attempt to re-engage excluded players with promotional communications.

We recognise that gambling carries inherent financial risk. The house edge means that over time, the casino profits and players, on average, lose. We do not hide this — we disclose house edges on all games and encourage players to treat gambling as a cost of entertainment, like a dinner or a concert, rather than a revenue opportunity. This transparency is part of how we operate.

Safe Play Tools Available to Every Player

Use these tools before problems develop — not after:

  • Deposit limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month. Once set, limits can only be decreased immediately — increases require a waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions.
  • Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When your limit is reached, you will be notified and logged out.
  • Loss limits: Set a maximum loss per session or time period. Reaching this limit ends your session automatically.
  • Cooling-off periods: Take a break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours, 1 week, 1 month). During this period, you cannot access gaming.
  • Self-exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from Vegas Club and our partner platform. This is a serious, long-term measure — typically a minimum of six months to five years. Contact us directly to initiate exclusion; we will process it without delay.
  • Reality checks: Periodic reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost. These are available as automatic pop-ups on the platform.

To access any of these tools for online play, visit the responsible gambling section of your account settings. For in-venue exclusion, speak directly to any Vegas Club manager. Contact our team if you have questions about how any tool works.

Recognising Problem Gambling — Warning Signs

Problem gambling can develop gradually. The following are recognised warning signs — honest self-assessment at any point can prevent serious harm:

  • Gambling with money needed for rent, bills, food, or other essentials
  • Chasing losses — betting more to win back money already lost
  • Lying to friends or family about how much or how often you gamble
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling
  • Gambling as a way to escape stress, depression, or difficult emotions
  • Being unable to stop or reduce gambling despite wanting to
  • Gambling affecting your work, relationships, or physical health
  • Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling

If you recognise two or more of these signs in your own behaviour, please seek support. Early intervention is far more effective than waiting until the situation is severe. Our staff can connect you with support services, or you can contact the organisations listed below directly. Read our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and About Us.
